Our U.S. office, located in Ann Arbor, MI, is no more than 3 hours from any U.S. time zone. Response to all inquires is quick and efficient, same day. Unless otherwise directed, we manage all freight and delivery details including U.S. Customs, duties, and insurance. It's our responsibility to bring your books home.
